For soccer training providers
How it works from your side
A parent tells us their postcode, their child’s age range, the child’s current level and the kind of training they want. We match that against providers we hold confirmed information for, and pass the enquiry to a suitable one.
You receive the parent’s first name, contact details, postcode, the child’s age range and what they are looking for. You contact them directly. Whatever happens next — trial, booking, price — is between you and the family.
Why we are fussy about confirmed information
We hold a lot of unconfirmed information about providers, largely gathered from public sources. We do not route on it.
If we have not confirmed that you offer goalkeeper coaching, we will not send you a parent looking for goalkeeper coaching — even if you do offer it, and even if you are the only provider in the suburb. Unknown is treated as unknown, never as yes. It costs us matches, and it is the reason an enquiry you receive from us is worth answering: it was not a guess.
What we need confirmed before we can send you enquiries
A written agreement to receive enquiries
We do not send a parent’s contact details to anyone who has not explicitly agreed to receive them. This is recorded with a date and the version of the terms you agreed to.
A confirmed contact method
An email address, phone number or booking URL that a parent enquiry can actually reach — monitored by someone who will act on it.
At least one active training venue
A real location where you run training sessions, with an address we can place on a map. Match-day-only venues do not count — parents are looking for training.
Confirmed age coverage
Which age groups you actually take. We will not guess this: if we have not confirmed you coach 6–8s, we will not send you a 7-year-old.
Confirmed level coverage
Whether you take beginners, recreational players, club players or representative-level players. At least one has to be confirmed.
At least one confirmed program
What you actually offer — general skills, extra training, small group, 1-to-1, goalkeeper, and so on. Unconfirmed is treated as unknown, not as yes.
A reviewed capacity status
Whether you are currently open to enquiries, limited, full or paused. You can change this at any time and we will stop or resume sending immediately.
No outstanding suitability concerns
Nothing on file that would make routing parent enquiries to you inappropriate.
How enquiries are ranked
By fixed rules, not by payment. Distance from the family, whether you have confirmed the child’s age group, whether you have confirmed the requested type of training, whether the child’s level fits what you take, and your current capacity status. You cannot pay for position.
Capacity is yours to control
You set whether you are open, limited, full or paused. Full and paused stop enquiries entirely; limited keeps you eligible but ranked below equally suitable providers with room. Nobody wants enquiries they cannot service, least of all us — an unanswered enquiry costs us a parent.
What we will not do
- Publish your contact details, pricing or internal records on this website.
- List you in a public directory. There are no provider profile pages here.
- Send you enquiries for training you have not confirmed you offer.
- Send you anything at all before you have agreed to receive it.
Correcting information we hold
If we hold something about your organisation that is wrong or out of date, tell us and we will correct it. That applies whether or not you want to receive enquiries.
